Tamina Kutscher Editor, n-ost network for reporting on Eastern Europe

Tamina Kutscher is an editor at Berlin based n-ost – network for reporting on Eastern Europe. The network’s agency covers reporting from over 23 countries for media in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As a project director Tamina Kutscher is also responsible for n-ost’s research and training projects in several countries (a.o. the network’s conference in Minsk/Belarus in 2010, www.n-ost.org/belarus).

She is also a guest lecturer at the Department of Slavonic Studies/Humboldt-University, Berlin.

Tamina Kutscher has been working as a journalist and project manager for several years, a.o. as managing editor of teletext services at ProSiebenSat1 Media, as head of press at goEast – Festival of Central and Eastern European Film, and realised several projects for Goethe Institut Inter-Nationes, German-Russian Forum and other organisations.

She attended a journalist school, and holds a M.A. in history and Slavic Studies (studies in Regensburg, Kazan and Berlin).
